- More studies on migratory birds

- A Canada-wide patient database
- Testing for different Borrelia strains/species present in Canada
- Economic cost of not treating Lyme
- Tick and other surveillance outside of endemic areas
- Find a way of accurately determining human infection incidence

 Treatment Projects (diagnosis, treatment)

- OspA (and other)-mediated immune suppression and predisposition to other conditions
- Borrelia propagation through the lymphatic system and immune suppression
- Private lab testing in Canada so people have access to better quality testing for Lyme and for co-infections
- Diagnostics for people infected with other Borrelia strains and species.
- Research on the effectiveness of natural/herbal treatments
- Study on the basis of post-treatment Lyme symptoms
